Cannes: Pepeliaev Group participates in a panel dedicated to development
Pepeliaev Group has participated in the workshop “Development: Evolution or Revolution?” organised by Kommersant Publishing House at the 25th property exhibition MIPIM 2014. The event took place on 11 March 2014 in Cannes.
The participants of the panel session discussed the main trends of global urban planning strategies, new approaches to developing areas in Moscow as well as the experience gained in the field of developing regional property and issues of raising investments (using Kaluga Region as an example).
The participants dwelled on the influence that vast transport projects on a federal level have on the economic, investment and social development of the Moscow Region, and the opportunities associated with the prospective development of industrial zones in the capital.
Natalia Stenina, Head of the Real Estate and Construction Practice at Pepeliaev Group, presented her expert opinion at the panel session concerning new legal mechanisms in the area, and spoke about what investors and owners should expect.
Other participants in the event included Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning; Denis Butsaev, Minister of Investments and Innovations for the Moscow Region; and Anatoly Artamonov, Governor of the Kaluga Territory.
