Pepeliaev Group announces new Bankruptcy and Anti-Crisis Protection of Business Practice

Pepeliaev Group has announced its new Bankruptcy and Anti-Crisis Protection of Business Practice. Yulia Litovsteva has been appointed as the head of the Practice.

The Bankruptcy and Anti-Crisis Protection of Business will provide services in several areas to support the firm's clients with regard to bankruptcy legislation: analysing compliance risks and performing due diligence during restructuring; supporting transactions connected with assets of counterparties that show signs of insolvency or are involved in bankruptcy proceedings; advising on and restructuring the debt of companies or their counterparties if there are any signs of insolvency; advising senior managers of companies with regard to liability under bankruptcy legislation; and preserving transactions challenged within the scope of cases regarding the bankruptcy of counterparties. 

The services of the practice include supporting the ongoing activity of companies with regard to administrative and criminal law in the area of bankruptcy, as well as offering business legal protection during bankruptcy cases.
