Pepeliaev Group is strengthening its judicial practice in the area of corporate disputes by recruiting Alexander Kuznetsov to join our team as the head of a practice group.
Alexander specialises in advising clients on corporate law issues and settling complex corporate disputes in commercial courts as well as in the pre-trial settlement of such disputes. Alexander has made a significant impact on the modern architecture of Russian corporate law: since 2010 he has been a thinker who has authored many key reforms and new developments in this field both in legislation and court practice, which has made him an expert with unique experience in the area.
Alexander has authored several monographs and is the executive editor of compilations issued by Statute, the legal publishing house. He has also written many articles in Russian legal publications.
At Pepeliaev Group Alexander will be the head of the corporate disputes group, which is a part of the dispute resolution practice headed by partner Yuri Vorobyev. The Dispute Resolution and Mediation Practice provides legal services in any type of dispute, including corporate disputes. The lawyers of the practice represent clients in commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction (including the Russian Supreme Court) and in the Russian Constitutional Court.
