What she specialises in


For over 13 years Polina has been focusing on the legal support of online services and online shops as well as the activities of sellers and manufacturers of goods and services.

She has in-depth knowledge of a wide range of issues relating to commercial law, digital law, the manufacturing and sale of goods, and the provision of services. Since 2020, she has been a recommended lawyer in the Pravo-300 directory.

Polina ensures full-fledged legal support to major global companies with regard to various commercial and digital law issues, including: rules for selling goods and providing services, liaising with consumers/users, preparing documents for the company’s website, issues relating to the processing of personal data, the expert legal examination of information products/content to ensure they comply with legislation on information and advertising, the preparation of commercial agreements, the introduction of a commercial secret regime, specific aspects of the activities pursued by subjects of critical information infrastructure and organisers of the dissemination of information, liaising with the Federal Security Service and the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control, as well as the implementation of major cross-border projects aimed at companies entering foreign markets.

She regularly holds client workshops with a high number of participants, speaks and moderates at conferences, and publishes articles and reviews. 

Her main achievements

Polina’s achievements include:

  • provided legal support for the launch of the biggest online cinema in Russia in 12 new jurisdictions;
  • provided legal support for the launch in nine new jurisdictions of a mobile application with a ‘smart house’ function developed by a major Chinese manufacturer of household appliances;
  • provided legal support for the activities of a publishing house, conducted legal expert reviews of whether information products/content comply with the requirements of legislation on information, on protecting children from information and on advertising. 
  • provided legal support with regard to the full life cycle of sophisticated categories of goods (including alcohol, tobacco products, products for military purposes, jewellery, goods for children, food products), including online sale;
  • provided legal support for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
