Most of the firm’s partners who work on energy and infrastructure mandates are tax specialists. One of the more active is Pavel Kondukov, a tax and disputes lawyer who heads the firm’s offshore projects and PSA practice.

Tax has been the dominant area of activity for the firm in the energy and infrastructure. It has been involved in tax disputes for several energy clients, advised the ministry of energy on drafting PSA with a special tax regime for developing the Khvalynskoye field, and assisted an oil company with a transfer pricing matter.
