Pepeliaev Group's delegation has visited Beijing and Shenzhen on a business mission

A delegation from law firm Pepeliaev Group consisting of senior partner Rustem Ahmetshin and partners Natalia Stenina and Ilya Bolotnov has visited China on a further business mission.

On 26 March, Pepeliaev Group's experts together with IBC Real Estate, a leading advisor in real estate, held a seminar in Beijing on investments in the Russian real estate market.
Rustem, Ilya and Natalia presented a brief legal overview of the real estate sector in Russia and explained specific aspects of setting up a business in different Russian regions, as well as corporate law aspects of acquiring and establishing a company in Russia.

Another seminar took place in Shenzhen on 28 March. Our experts shared with representatives of Chinese businesses certain recommendations on what should be taken into account when entering the real estate market of Russia and the CIS: what to start with and how to invest. Speakers from IBC Real Estate spoke about the current trends in the real estate sector of Russia and Kazakhstan.

Also, in the context of this business mission, the partners from Pepeliaev Group had a series of meetings with current and potential clients of our firm, as well as with representatives of partner law firms.
