Overview of legislative developments for January 2022
The laws that have been signed are:

No. 440-FZ on remote participation in court proceedings;

No. 443-FZ on the postponement of the entry into force of new requirements for the use of electronic signatures

No. 446-FZ on the responsibility of business for the elimination of harm to the environment;

No. 450-FZ on the accession of the Russian Federation to the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement on Appellations of Origin and Geographical Indications;

No. 483-FZ, which specifies the procedure for institutions conducting cash transactions to identify customers.
The Russian Government:

has extended the rules for the submission of reports specifying whether producers and importers of goods comply with the waste disposal standards ( Resolution No. 2529 dated 29 December 2021 № 2529);

has approved the standards for the disposal of waste from the use of goods for 2022 ( Directive No. 3961-r dated 29 December 2021);

has defined the rules for the operation of the information system "One Window" in the field of foreign trade ( Resolution No. 65 dated 28 January 2022);

has updated the procedure for the operation of the unified information system in the field of procurement ( Resolution No. 60 dated 27 January 2022);
-
has approved the rules for the compensation of losses to owners and tenants of land plots ( Resolution No. 59 dated 27 January 2022).
