Pepeliaev Group acted for the buyer and assisted the English firm on Russian-related matters, including support regarding SCA’s binding offer to acquire a part of the shares of a division of Georgia-Pacific.Having helped to obtain approval from the competition authorities, Pepeliaev Group advised on the subsequent completion of the acquisition of Georgia-Pacific's European tissue manufacturing operations.
