Alpina Publishers* has released a collection of articles Business Rules-2010: Case Lessons. The collection was prepared by lawyers fr om Pepeliaev Group.
The collection contains information and comments on key court disputes in 2009, including the high-profile precedents that had a serious impact on businesses and formed law enforcement practice in 2010. The articles were prepared by leading lawyers from Pepeliaev Group, based on their experience of legal advisory work and defence of their clients in court.
