Pepeliaev Group announces that three new partners have been elected

Law firm Pepeliaev Group announces that three new partners have been elected: Natalia Kovalenko, Natalia Stenina and Leonid Kravchinsky. 

Natalia Kovalenko specialises in taxation. She provides legal support to companies in the TMT (telecommunications, media and technologies) sector, with a focus on Russian and international taxation as well as industry-specific regulation. Natalia heads Pepeliaev Group’s telecommunications group, which has been recognised by independent international directories of law firms: Chambers Europe - since 2012 and The Legal 500 - since 2013. Natalia has authored many expert commentaries and articles in leading industry-specific and business publications. 

Natalia Stenina specialises in real estate and corporate law as well as in energy and environmental protection. In addition, Natalia is actively driving our sector-specific services in the areas of: oil, gas and the use of mineral resources, and the environment. Natalia has vast experience in providing legal support to foreign and Russian clients. The Legal 500 international rating recommends Natalia for providing legal support for construction projects in Russia.

Leonid Kravchinsky specialises in criminal, tax and civil law. He advises clients in the area of taxation and tax planning as well as on matters of criminal law and criminal procedure law. Leonid’s professional experience dates back more than 18 years: he has participated in a range of projects connected with providing advisory services to oil and gas companies and with solving specific business problems connected with minimising the risks of their employees being held criminally liable.
