Represented a leader in sea container shipments before the Commission of the Division of the Federal Antimonopoly Service
Represented the client, a leader in sea container shipments, before the Commission of the Division of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for St. Petersburg in a dispute over the refusal to enter into an agreement with a contracting party that filed a claim arguing that our client holds a dominant position on the market and was obliged to enter into contracts with all contracting parties. Our lawyers proved to the court that the market assessment the Division of the FAS conducted was not objective. Therefore, we managed to prevent a precedent from being established in relation to similar cases. Moreover, the court ruled that 100% expenses of our client for legal services Pepeliaev Group provided during the challenging of the decision should be recovered from the antimonopoly authority.
