On 1 September 2023, the
Russian Government’s Resolution entered into force concerning the criteria for
structures and constructions to be classed as facilities of auxiliary use.
The Russian Government has adopted a Resolutionwith requirements for an architectural and urban look of a capital construction facility and the rules for approving it.
Resolution No. 754 of the Russian Government dated 16 May 2023 has been adopted. This resolution establishes the rules for localising seeds of agricultural plants in Russia.

Senators Andrey Turchak and Irina Rukavishnikova, and deputy Alexander Hinstein have submitted a draft law to the Russian Government for review. The draft law proposes new administrative fines for operators failing to comply with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On personal data” dated 27 July 2006 (“152-FZ”). In addition, the draft law provides for an increase of current fines for non-compliance with the requirements for the processing of personal data.
