For over 13 years Polina has been specialising in providing legal support under IT projects and has been advising foreign and Russian clients on the full range of issues pertaining to commercial law. She is listed as a recommended lawyer in the category of the ‘Digital Economy’ in the Pravo-300 ranking (group 1).
Polina’s area of expertise covers such matters as: personal data and GDPR compliance, e-commerce, integral legal support for launching Internet stores, marketplaces and mobile applications, FinTech, LegalTech, the dissemination of information and Internet advertising, EdTech, Legal Design, the protection of information (state secrets, bank secrecy and trade secrets), the operation of digital platforms and ecosystems, the protection of information and critical information infrastructure, and also the implementation of integral multinational IT projects.
