Dmitry has over 8 years of hands-on experience of dealing with employment and migration law. Dmitry provides advice to the clients on a wide range of issues of employment and migration law. He has extensive experience in resolving all categories of employment disputes both in court and out-of-court, and he is a qualified professional mediator.He advises clients on various issues relating to the legal protection of information, including issues concerning legislation on personal data, commercial secrecy, banking secrecy and others. Dmitry’s experience includes, among other things, conducting internal audits regarding compliance with the legislation on personal data, developing all necessary internal regulations and other documents on data protection, and developing organisational measures for data protection.
His achievements include:
- providing full scale legal support for redundancy procedures and subsequently successfully defending a number of Russian and international companies in disputes in which redundant employees sought reinstatement;
- successfully defending clients before courts with regard to employment disputes in more than 8 regions across Russia;
- successfully supporting an audit conducted by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (known by the Russian abbreviation Roskomnadzor) with respect to one of the largest global beverage producers on the disclosure of an employee’s personal data.
