He also has substantial experience in real estate matters, as well as experience in providing services connected with escrow relationships.

His main achievements

During his professional career, Sergei has represented clients in deals involving largest Russian and foreign companies.

Projects include:

• successfully representing GlaxoSmithKline in closing the Russian portion of a joint venture with Novartis (total global transaction amount worth over USD 23 billion);

• representing a large Swiss manufacturer of marble items in its acquisition of a Russian corporate holder of a licence for the production of mineral resources, and the incorporation of a joint venture with a counterparty;

• representing a leading French manufacturer of medical products in its acquisition of a distributor network in Russia.
