On 8 October 2025, the Presidium of the Russian Supreme Court (the “Supreme Court”) approved Overview No. 3 of Judicial Practice of the Russian Supreme Court (2025).
A new procedure has been devised of how export/import licences be issued using
the “One Window” system; the term has been extended of restrictions on
exporting some goods from Russia; the frequency of preventive visits has been
set.
Prohibitions
and restrictions relating to the import/export of goods have been extended;
amendments have been devised to the procedure of labelling certain commodity
groups relating to the new procedure of monitoring of manufacturers.
