Law firm Pepeliaev Group (“Pepeliaev Group”/ the “Firm”) was founded on 10 January 2002. At present, Pepeliaev Group has offices in Moscow, St Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Vladivostok (within the alliance with Russin & Vecchi), Seoul, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The Firm offers the full range of legal services in all Russian regions and throughout the CIS, as well as representing clients abroad, thanks to its partner relationships with leading law firms.

2. Using this website

The exclusive right to this website (the “Website”) belongs to Pepeliaev Group LLC.

Pepeliaev Group holds the exclusive right to all materials published on the Website and/or has a licence from the right holder to use such materials on the Website. 3. Anti-corruption provisions

Pepeliaev Group adheres to the principle of rejecting any forms and manifestations of corruption (the so-called “zero tolerance principle”) when its employees or other persons interact with agents or representatives of public authorities, local government bodies or political parties.

The Firm has approved an anti-corruption policy to develop and implement measures aimed at preventing and combating corruption in the context of having signed up to the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Anti-Corruption Charter of the Russian Business.

4. Confidentiality

Pepeliaev Group uses personal information of users of the Website in order to provide such users with services and related information (for example, the Firm’s announcements on open vacancies, events or about the Company) as well as to advise of changes in legislation and to invite users to connected events and training seminars.
