Anton Pchelkin, a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property and Trademarks Practice, has been appointed Counsel at the firm.
Anton has substantial experience in handling intellectual property disputes, advising on how to use and protect intellectual property rights, providing support for transactions, and conducting IP due diligence. He also advises clients on the use and distribution of computer software and databases, as well as on the legal regime governing works created in the course of employment.
Anton is a member of the Anti-counterfeiting Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Intellectual Property Committee of the Association of European Businesses (AEB).
