Anton has been specialising in providing legal support for the protection of IP assets for more than 9 years. His professional interests also include legal aspects of information technologies: personal data protection, software development and licensing, and information security.
His key achievements
He has experience in litigation involving IP protection issues, advising clients on how to use and protect the results of intellectual activity, providing support in transactions, and conducting IP due diligence.
He has advised the firm’s clients on various issues connected with the use and distribution of computer programs and databases, as well as the legal treatment of work made for hire.
Anton has participated in legislative work that involved developing a draft law and discussing projects within the ‘Digital Economy’ national programme.
He obtained his master's degree in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics. He is fluent in English.
He is a member of the Anticounterfeiting Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Intellectual Property Committee of the Association of European Businesses (AEB).
