On 28 May, with the support of Pepeliaev Group, the session “Polite Robbery: A Discussion on Fair Taxation from the Perspectives of the State, Business and the Law” will take place as part of the St Petersburg Legal Summit.
The session will explore where the boundary lies between a reasonable tax burden and the perception of taxation as “polite robbery”, and why the state, business and legal professionals draw this line differently.
