Roman has over 12 years of experience specialising in employment and migration law along with personal taxation. This includes advising major international and Russian companies on various employment and tax law matters, as well as structuring job placements in Russia and from Russia, taking into account migration, employment and tax implications.

Roman was noted in 2022 and 2023 in the category “Employment and migration law” of the individual rating of Pravo-300.

His main achievements

Roman advises and represents a host of clients that are major Russian and foreign companies.

Projects include:

• successfully representing a subsidiary of one of the foremost foreign retailers in relation to claims filed by the state labour inspectorate with regard to over 300 employees;
• representing a large oil company in a wrongful dismissal lawsuit, filed by an employee;
• assisting a large international telecommunications company with restructuring its relations with employees.
