Alexander Panov has spoken at the “Strong ideas for a new time” forum
Alexander Panov, head of Pepeliaev Group’s Life Sciences Practice, has spoken at the “Artificial intelligence technology in Russia: how to speed up the development and implementation?” session during the “Strong ideas for a new time” forum.
Alexander told the participants about the “datasets” problem. He claimed that back in the beginning of 2019 there was nothing in the country from the legal standpoint, but in 2020, the Ministry of Economic Development was able to develop and agree very quickly a law drafting strategy that is aimed at limiting regional regulations and is oriented primarily at national champions and scaling.

The “Strong ideas for a new time” forum was held from 11 to 13 November 2020 in Moscow. It was organised jointly by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) and the Roscongress Foundation.
