Alexander Vinogradov is one of the “Top 100 personnel directors”
Alexander Vinogradov, Deputy General Director at Pepeliaev Group, has been included in the “Top 1000 Russian managers 2022” ranking, which is compiled by the Association of Managers (AMR) with the support of Kommersant Publishing House.
Alexander has scored the first place in the “Top 100 personnel directors” category in the “Professional services” industry.

I would like to note that this is an achievement of our firm's entire HR department because the projects which we reported in our submission would be impossible to complete without a professional team. Alexander started his career in Pepeliaev Group in 2003 as a corporate lawyer. Since 2009 he has been the Deputy General Director. The areas he supervises include HR, compliance and legal translation Services.
