Alexander Korkin – co-chair of the Committee of the Human Resources of SPIBA

Head of Employment and Migration Law "Pepeliaev Group", Alexander Korkin appointed as co-chair of the Committee of Human Resources of the St. Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA). Elections were held in the Committee by a vote of Members' companies.

Alexander Korkin has an experience of many years in labor and immigration law, the law on personal data protection and information, and advises clients on a wide range of issues, including the restructuring of staff, termination of the relationship with employees, conduct personnel audit, cooperation with trade unions, challenging regulations and HIT prosecutors and others. Alexander has extensive experience in the successful pre-trial settlement of labor disputes, dispute resolution, challenging acts of state inspection and prosecution in the interests of the largest manufacturing and industrial enterprises of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region.
