Alexander Panov will speak at the all-Russian forum Telemedforum in Skolkovo

Alexander Panov, who heads the Life Sciences Practice of Pepeliaev Group, is to deliver a speech at the all-Russian forum for telemedicine, healthcare digitalisation and medical marketing. The event takes place on 7 February in Skolkovo Technopark.

Alexander will speak during the second block of this conference, which is dedicated to regulatory issues of digital healthcare. 

Participants in the discussion will debate the main regulatory challenges and analyse which changes are needed to make the system function properly and to make sure that new solutions are launched faster on the market. They will also dwell on ensuring the security of personal data in medical IT systems and will look at the regulation as applied to a medical laboratory. Since only business people will take part in the session, they will be able to share their experience of registering medical software as a medical device.

Telemedforum is taking place for the second time. It brings together doctors, heads of medical institutions, lawyers, developers of IT products and information security experts.
