Andrey Mikulin, Head of the Sakhalin Office of Pepeliaev Group, has been appointed head of the office of the Far Eastern Division of the Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (“RUIE”) in Sakhalin Region. The relevant order was signed by Alexander Shokhin, President of the RUIE, on 14 October 2020.
Natalia Prisekina, Head of the Far East Office of Pepeliaev Group and of the Far Eastern Division of the Arbitration Centre at the RUIE, has been included in the panel of arbitrators for international and investment disputes of the Arbitration Centre at the RUIE.
The Arbitration Centre at the RUIE is an independent permanently active arbitration institution which administers arbitration (arbitral proceedings) in compliance with the Federal Law “On arbitration (arbitral proceedings) in the Russian Federation” and the Law of the Russian Federation “On international commercial arbitration”. For the convenience of regional companies, divisions of the Arbitration Centre at the RUIE have been opened in each of the federal districts of the Russian Federation, with offices in 18 cities.
Thanks to the Far Eastern Division of the Arbitration Centre at the RUIE in Vladivostok, which was founded in 2019, arbitration proceedings have become more accessible for companies which are active in any region of the Russian Far East.
