Anton Pchelkin has joined INTA’s Anticounterfeiting Committee

Anton Pchelkin, an associate of the Intellectual Property and Trademarks Practice of Pepeliaev Group, has been elected to the Anticounterfeiting Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA).

The Committee develops and advocates the Association’s anticounterfeiting policy. The Committee’s activity includes monitoring developments in legislation, regulation of the industry and other enforcement procedures in various jurisdictions. It also carries out analyses and devises recommendations on how a policy may be adjusted. Work in the Committee includes preparing various overviews, interacting with anticounterfeiting organisations and active collaboration in conjunction with other committees and staff of the INTA.

Pepeliaev Group has been member of the INTA over many years. Our firm’s lawyers actively participate in the Association’s annual events and its overall activities.
