Pepeliaev Group’s Experts Have Achieved Exceptional Results in the 2023 Individual Rankings of Pravo.ru-300

Fifteen of them have been mentioned in the ranking for the first time. Ranked in the Tax Consulting and Disputes category were Vitaly Grigoriev and Rustam Galiyahmetov, senior associates of the St Petersburg office, and Ekaterina Martemyanova, senior associate from the Krasnoyarsk office, while senior associates Anastasia Fiveyskaya and Yulia Osipova appeared in the Tax Disputes category. In the Currency Regulation category, senior associates Lyubov Romaschenko and Petr Popov made the cut, while, in the Customs Law category, senior associate Alexander Strizhov featured.

 In Corporate law / Mergers and Acquisitions (high market), senior associates Evgeny Mushta and Ksenia Stepanushkina were ranked. Senior associate Evgeny Leonov has been hailed in Compliance, along with senior associate Stephaniya Segal (Reshetnikova) in Antitrust Law, senior associate Maria Geraeva in IP (Registration, Protecting Rights, and Contentious Matters), senior associate Tatyana Udodova in Arbitration Proceedings (Commercial Disputes (high market)), and senior associate Olga Yadrikhinskaya in Natural resources / Energy, Environmental Law and Land Law / Commercial Real Estate / Construction (consulting).

Nine more experts have been ranked for the first time in new categories. Partner Alexander Kosov has been acclaimed in Customs Law (in addition to retaining his position in the Currency Regulation category). He is joined by partner Ksenia Litvinova in Tax Law (retaining her position in Tax Disputes), and senior associate from the St Petersburg office Aleksandra Grischenkova in Environmental Law (retaining her recommendation in Land, Real Estate and Construction). Senior partner Ivan Khamenushko has been recommended for the first time in the Tax Regulation category, as have senior partner Sergey Savseris in Tax Advice and the head of the Siberian office Egor Lysenko in Tax Disputes. Senior associates Igor Novokshonov and Olga Evseeva have been ranked in Customs Law.

Thirty-five more lawyers maintained their positions from last year. These include senior partner Rustem Ahmetshin and partner Sergey Sosnovsky in Tax Advice and Disputes, together with partner Anton Nikiforov in Tax Disputes. In Arbitration Proceedings (major commercial disputes: high market), partners Roman Bevzenko and Yuri Vorobyev were ranked, together with senior associates Olga Syachinova and Alexandra Chernova. In Corporate Law / Mergers and Acquisitions (high market), Sergey Spasennov, senior partner and head of Pepeliaev Group's St. Petersburg office, was named, as were partners Ilya Bolotnov and Nikolay Solodovnikov, and head of group Anatoly Mashkov. In Digital Economy, partner Nikolay Solodovnikov and head of group Polina Bardina featured, as did partners Maria Nikonova and Konstantin Sharlovsky in Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare (Pharmaceuticals). Meanwhile, in Employment and Migration Law, partner Anna Berlina and heads of groups Vitalia Kuznetsova and Roman Gerebtsov were named. Among those who have retained their positions in the Land Law / Commercial Real Estate / Construction (consulting) category are partners Alexey Konevsky and Natalia Stenina (the latter also being ranked in the Natural Resources / Energy and Environmental Law categories), as well as head of the real estate practice in the St Petersburg office Elena Krestyantseva (who is also ranked in Environmental Law), senior associates Ekaterina Pugachenko and Vladislav Ivanov, and senior associate from the St Petersburg office Ksenia Kulikova. Partner Valentina Orlova has been ranked in Intellectual Property – Consulting, Registration, Protection of Rights and Contentious Matters, with senior associate Yaroslav Shemanin being noted in IP Advice. Partner Igor Marmalidi and head of practice Lidia Gorshkova received acclaim in Financial/Banking Law. Partner Natalia Kovalenko has been ranked in Compliance and TMT, while partner Yulia Litovtseva is hailed n Bankruptcy (Restructuring and Consulting) as well as in Disputes (mid-market). Partner Elena Sokolovskaya is ranked in Antitrust Law, expert Sergey Taut in Compliance and head of practice Olga Puchkova in Family / Inheritance Law.

Moreover, partner Andrey Tereschenko and Krasnoyarsk office’s head of practice Yulia Yurchenko reclaimed their positions of previous years in Tax Consulting and Environmental Law, respectively.
