Pepeliaev Group has made great strides in the Pravo.ru-300 ratings

Pepeliaev Group has achieved exceptional results in the Pravo.ru-300 ratings. For instance, the Currency Regulation and Currency Control Practice, having put itself forward in the Foreign Trade category for the first time, was immediately ranked in Group 1. The Environmental Practice has risen from Group 3 to Group 1. In the Natural Resources/Energy category, the firm has ascended from Group 2 to Group 1. The Intellectual Property and Trademarks Practice was ranked in Group 1 in the “consulting” and “registration” sections, while the Bankruptcy and Anti-Crisis Protection of Business Practice received the same acclaim in the “restructuring/consulting” section.

The firm has reasserted its pre-eminence by remaining in Group 1 of the ratings in such categories as Foreign Economic Activity (customs law), Tax Consulting, Tax Disputes, Labour and Migration Law, Digital Economy, and Compliance.

Our practice groups have remained in Group 2 in such categories as Arbitration Proceedings and Corporate Law/Mergers and Acquisitions, but in the latter we ascended to the high market bracket based on the scale of our projects. Moreover, our practice groups were ranked in Group 2 of the ratings in the following categories: Bankruptcy (mid-market disputes), TMT, Pharmaceutics and Healthcare, Financial/Banking Law, Antitrust Law, Intellectual Property (protection of rights and litigation), Real Estate, and Land Law/Commercial Real Estate/Construction (consulting). 

The Personal Data Protection Practice has made its début in the corresponding category, being ranked in Group 3 of the ratings. The Family and Inheritance Law Practice, as well as projects involving the resolution of disputes in courts of general jurisdiction, feature in the same group.

Pepeliaev Group’s St Petersburg office confirmed its foremost positions (Group 1) in the regional ratings in such categories as Corporate Law / Mergers and Acquisitions, Tax Consulting and Disputes and Land Law/Commercial Real Estate/Construction.
