Ehrmann, the largest manufacturer of much-loved yoghurt and other high-quality dairy products, has been a client of Pepeliaev Group’s for over 20 years.

Led by managing partner, Sergey Pepeliaev, partners and lawyers from Pepeliaev Group have visited Ehrmann’s factory in Ramenskoye urban district in Moscow Region. The factory operates 14 automated production lines, which are used to manufacture EPICA yoghurt, “Mama Lama” children's products, “Grand Dessert” sweet items together with other delicious and healthy products. The total number of employees working for Ehrmann is around 700.

The excursion around the premises was led by the Director for dairy raw materials and general production safety Tamerlan Zagiev and Legal director Oksana Yashina. They showed how the production lines work and explained the very highest of quality requirements that are applied to Ehrmann products. The Director for quality, Natalia Shvedova, gave a lecture on the quality and safety of food products before offering samples for tasting.

Pepeliaev Group's team is convinced that it is impossible to offer effective legal support without knowledge of the client's business sector, a precise understanding of what needs it has and an in-depth insight into its business. We place great importance on learning from within and taking account in our work of all the specific features of our clients’ business that they are ready to share with us. This helps us to address challenges more promptly, to be more precise in determining the areas wh ere a company has prospects for growth and to devise sound arguments for negotiations.
