Elena Sokolovskaya took part in a session of the AEB’s Legal Committee

An open session of the Legal Committee of the Association of European Businesses was held on 23 September. Experts discussed the practical steps of how to set up and apply antitrust compliance systems.

Elena Sokolovskaya, a partner at Pepeliaev Group, took part in the event. In her report, Elena spoke about the main approaches set out in the clarifications of the Presidium of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service in relation to antitrust compliance.

The session was moderated by Anton Maltsev, Deputy Chairperson of the AEB Legal Committee, partner, Baker McKenzie. The session was also attended by Marina Navolokova, Head of Antitrust Compliance, MTS, and Julia Glubokaya, Ethics & Compliance expert (LPEC), Hitachi ABB Power GridsRussia.
