IFLR 1000 recommends Pepeliaev Group in the areas of minerals and energy

The international legal ranking IFLR 1000 ‘Energy and Infrastructure’ recommends Pepeliaev Group for supporting projects in the areas of minerals and energy. 

In its overview IFLR 1000 emphasises that Pepeliaev Group’s lawyers are involved in projects with oil and gas companies, also providing support to business in tax disputes. The most significant projects include: representing a major oil company in a tax dispute and entering into an agreement establishing a mineral exploration joint venture. 

The recently established IFLR 1000 ‘Financial and corporate Law’ ranking recommended Pepeliaev Group in the areas of restructuring and bankruptcy (Tier 3), M&A as well as in banking and financial law.
