Invitation to tax workshop

On 19 and 20 April, the Congress Centre of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, supported by Pepeliaev Group, will host the X International Workshop “Tax law in the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation”.

In view of decisions taken by the Constitutional Court, we will examine topical tax matters, such as: constitutional requirements for the Supreme Commercial (‘Arbitration’) Court’s precedent in tax disputes, taxes and duties imposed which are not envisaged by the Russian Tax Code, and the economic and legal implications of tax when tax legislation is applied, etc. 

Among the expected attendees there will be representatives of governmental authorities, judges, scholars, representatives of major companies, Russian and foreign experts (accounts of previous events can be found here)
