Natalia Prisekina is appointed Head of the Far Eastern Division of the Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs

Natalia Prisekina, Partner, Head of Far East Office at Pepeliaev Group, is appointed head of the newly established Far Eastern Division of the Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. 

On 17 April 2019 Alexander Shokhin, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, signed a directive to establish the Far Eastern Division of the Arbitration Centre. The Division is headquartered in Vladivostok. 

At the same time a list of the Far Eastern Territorial Panel of Arbitrators was approved. It includes well-known Russian and foreign experts. Dmitry Vladimirov, PhD in political science, head of the Asian Pacific Centre of Legal Support (Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation), was appointed chairman of the regional panel of arbitrators.

The Far Eastern Federal District was the last one where there was no division of the Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Now access to arbitration proceedings has been facilitated for companies operating in the Republic of Buryatia, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Zabaykalye Territory, Kamchatka Territory, Primorye Territory, Khaborovsk Territory, Amur Region, Magadan Region, Sakhalin Region, Jewish Autonomous Region and Chukotka Autonomous District.
