Natalia Prisekina has been appointed a special invited mediator for international commercial disputes at the Intermediate People's Court of Qingdao Municipality

With the Singapore Convention on Mediation to come into effect on 12 September 2020, mediation, along arbitration and litigation, is becoming one of the independent alternative and efficient methods for resolving commercial disputes. The Intermediate People's Court of Qingdao Municipality together with the Qingdao Arbitration Commission have developed a mechanism for resolving disputes in the demonstration zone of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and in the experimental free trade zone. It will create a favourable investment and trade climate and contribute to the development of cross-border cooperation.
