Natalya Prisekina has become a member of the Swiss-Chinese Law Association (SCLA)

Natalya Prisekina, a Partner at and Head of the Far East Office of Pepeliaev Group, has become a member of the Swiss-Chinese Law Association (SCLA).

Founded in 2019, SCLA is a global not-for profit organisation based in Geneva. SCLA comprises more than 200 members from 16 countries and regions. Currently, SCLA’s application is being considered for participation in the observance of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

SCLA contributes to a transparent legal environment and provides an alternative way of resolving disputes. For this purpose, SCLA has founded the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and established an official partnership with China’s largest arbitration commission, the China Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, to further Med-Arb practice.

Natalia Prisekina has vast experience in cross-border commercial and corporate transactions, in maritime, transportation and employment law, as well as in civil and international litigation. She has a track record in legal professional practice of about 25 years. Natalia has personally participated in providing legal support for major transactions in the Far East of Russia. She is also the honorary consul of the Republic of Chile in Vladivostok. Her consular jurisdiction extends to the Primorye, Kamchatka and Khabarovsk Territories, as well as to the Sakhalin and Amur Regions.
