Nine of Pepeliaev Group’s practice and sector groups have entered Tier 1 of the Pravo.ru rating. This is the first time that we have been included in Tier 1 of the Compliance (Tier 1) and Environmental Law (Tier 1) categories. In the Digital Economy section, in which we also feature for the first time, Pepeliaev Group has been placed in Tier 2.
This year Pepeliaev Group has managed to improve its positions in four categories: Arbitration Proceedings (mid-market) (Tier 1), Commercial Real Estate / Construction (Tier 1), Natural Resources / Energy (Tier 2) and Commercial Real Estate / Construction (regional rating) (Tier 2).
At the same time Pepeliaev Group maintains its leading positions in the following practice areas and sectors: Tax Consulting and Tax Disputes (national and regional ratings), Labour Law, Foreign Trade / Customs Law and Currency Regulation, and Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare (Tier 1).
In Tier 2 of the Pravo.ru-300 rating the following practice areas and sectors feature: Antimonopoly Law, Bankruptcy, Corporate Law / Mergers and Acquisitions (federal and regional ratings), Dispute Resolution in Courts of General Jurisdiction, TMT, Financial / Banking Law, Intellectual Property, and Family and Inheritance Law (Tier 2).
We are pleased to note that this year none of Pepeliaev Group’s practices or sectors has been placed lower than Tier 2 of the Pravo.ru-300 rating.
