Pepeliaev Group announces that a new partner has been elected

Pepeliaev Group announces that Nikolay Solodovnikov, Head of Corporate Law Practice, has been elected as a partner of the firm.

For many years, Mr Solodovnikov has been practising corporate law; he has significant experience of advising foreign and Russian clients on corporate issues, including corporate restructuring and corporate management, M&A projects, corporate disputes, securities and work with not-for-profit organisations.

Nikolay has been actively involved in drafting amendments to the Russian Civil Code as a member of the working group created by the Not-for-Profit Partnership 'Promoting the Development of Corporate Legislation'.

According to the IFLR 1000  independent ratings for Russia in 2014, the corporate practice headed by Nikolay is a dynamically developing practice group whose headcount is on the rise. Pepeliaev Group's corporate division has been recommended for the legal support of business in Russia. The Legal 500: EMEA, 2013 has a high regard for the achievements of the practice headed by Nikolay.

Before joining Pepeliaev Group, he worked for leading international Moscow-based law firms.
