Pepeliaev Group at the V St. Petersburg International Legal Forum

Pepeliaev Group will take part in the V St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPILF), which will be held in St. Petersburg from 26 to 30 May. 

On the opening day of the forum, Sergey Pepeliaev, Managing Partner of Pepeliaev Group, will speak at the V Annual Workshop of the Russian Corporate Counsel Association. The title of the talk is: "How can Russia come out on top against competing legal systems?" Mr Pepeliaev will moderate the event and make a presentation about the new role and tasks of Russian law in the context of a changed world order.

At the invitation of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Sergey Pepeliaev will take part in the roundtable discussion "Regulating state procurement and procurement by state-owned companies" on 28 May. The title of his talk is: "Boosting Russian legal consulting through the state procurement system". 

A roundtable discussion is scheduled for 29 May titled "The regional development and investment climate: New legal solutions". The event will be organised by OJSC "MMC "NORILSK NICKEL". Those taking part in the discussion will consider legal and economic tools for developing the country's regions, as well as the collaboration of the state and business with regard to increasing the regions' investment potential and many other issues. Egor Lysenko, Head of the Siberia office of Pepeliaev Group, has been invited to participate in the roundtable discussion.
