Pepeliaev Group employees named among Russia's top managers

Employees of Pepeliaev Group figure prominently in the ‘Top-1000 Russian Managers’ ratings. The firm's marketing director Ekaterina Kleimenova, finance director Alexander Nuzhdin, and IT director Dmitry Fadeev have all been named among the five best managers in Russia in their respective professional fields. The ratings were compiled by the Russian Managers Association and Kommersant publishing house.  

Ekaterina Kleimenova has been successfully working to promote Pepeliaev Group over many years. She implements an effective marketing and PR strategy, as well as maintaining a favourable image for the firm.  Under Ekaterina's direction, our firm's marketing team has grown thanks to the addition of high-quality specialists with experience of working in international business associations and leading media sources. These supplement employees whose professional development has been achieved within the firm.  The current image of the firm is due in large measure to the effective work done by Ekaterina and our marketing department as a whole. Under Ekaterina's leadership, one of the roles the department performs is as a fee-earning unit. It runs the 'Academy of Law' project and arranges open educational events.

Alexander Nuzhdin draws up and implements a sophisticated financial strategy for the firm. This helps Pepeliaev Group to post impressive financial figures, allowing it to feature continuously as one of the most dynamically developing firms on the Russian legal market.

Dmitry Fadeev has been working in IT for 13 years. He has extensive experience of managing and implementing IT solutions, and is an expert across different areas of IT, among them data protection and protection of confidential information. 

This is not the first year in which employees of Pepeliaev Group have taken prominent positions at the top of the ratings, a fact that confirms their status as acknowledge experts with impeccable reputations in their respective areas.

The aim of the annual ratings is to obtain objective data about the professionalism of Russian managers, as well as to identify new trends in the economy. When the ratings are compiled, account is taken of the professional effectiveness and personal business reputation of individual managers. More than 500 independent experts assessed the work of the Russian specialists involved.
