Pepeliaev Group has achieved exceptional results in The Legal 500

Our IP Practice has improved on last year's performance, making the leap to Tier 2. In the opinion of the researchers, the team is ‘quick and attentive [...] it recently represented the Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation in a dispute pertaining to the unlawful exhibition of copyrighted paintings.’

Our dispute resolution practice (Tier 4) team has ‘great knowledge of industry specifics’, while the banking and finance practice (Tier 4) ‘advises on banking and securities regulations, corporate finance and international investment’.

The energy and natural resources group is ranked in Tier 5. According to The Legal 500's experts, the ‘opening of a new office in Sakhalin has increased Pepeliaev Group’s presence in the oil, gas and mining sectors, and the firm retains its traditional strengths in tax and regulatory matters in the space.’
