The Bankruptcy and Anti-Сrisis Protection of Business Practice has been placed in Tier 3. The clients who have been interviewed note that they are completely satisfied with the work performed by the team of “Strong lawyers with high analytical skills and proficiency in many aspects of the profession”. Moreover, those endorsing the Practice point out the extensive experience of its lawyers, their ability to conduct negotiations and readiness and ability to start a large scope of work with tight deadlines.
The firm's Corporate Law / M&A Practice has retained its position in the IFLR 1000’s Tier 4. It is pointed out that the firm conducted legal due diligence of target companies ahead of acquisitions and was involved in joint venture work. In M&A work the firm mainly advised buyers. Clients have characterised the practice lawyers as “efficient, thorough, and with a good knowledge of local laws”.
The Banking and Finance Practice has retained its position in Tier 5 of the rating. The research points out that the firm advised clients on issues relating to financing agreements.
