Pepeliaev Group law firm was a general partner of an investment conference "Moscow in the global real estate market " organised by the Moscow Government in association with The Moscow Times within the scope of the 25th real estate fair MIPIM 2014. The event took place on 11 March 2014 in Cannes.
The conference featured a discussion of topical issues connected with development of the Moscow real estate market. Experts provided a review of international investment activity in the Russian capital based on results of the last year and also talked about the measures aimed at improving the city's investment climate on the global real estate market.
Those taking part in the conference considered the legal issues connected with regulation of land matters in Moscow and also analysed key transactions concluded in 2013-2014 on the real estate market of the Russian capital. Among other things, participants of the discussion provided their forecasts for short-term and long-term development prospects of the all-Russian real estate market.
