Pepeliaev Group Announces a New Appointment Within the Firm

Vitalia Kuznetsova has been appointed Head of the Employment and Migration Law Practice at Pepeliaev Group. Previously, she held the position of Head of a Group within the same Practice.

Vitalia holds a PhD in Law, and is a renowned expert in employment and migration law. Before joining Pepeliaev Group, she worked at leading Russian and international law firms. She has extensive experience advising domestic and foreign companies that are leaders across various sectors of the economy. She also resolves employment disputes, including in court, develops HR documentation systems, and handles other matters.

Vitalia is listed in the individual rankings of Pravo-300 and Rossiyskaya Gazeta in the Employment and Migration Law category. She also serves as Deputy Chair of the Labour Committee of the Association of European Businesses, where she contributes to improving Russian labour legislation as well as court and administrative decisions.
