Pepeliaev Group Announces New Appointments

Senior Associate Olga Syachinova has been appointed Head of the Special Projects Practice at Pepeliaev Group, while Senior Associate Petr Popov has been promoted to Counsel.

For more than 12 years, Olga Syachinova has specialised in resolving commercial disputes including disputes over title to real estate, transactions or obligations. She also provides legal support to clients when conflicts that need to be settled in court either occur or are threatened.

In her new role, Olga will lead a practice group focused on complex matters that combine dispute resolution, transaction support, due diligence, and legislative drafting. Its distinctive feature lies in its multidisciplinary approach, which enables the firm to offer clients flexible, high-level solutions across a wide range of legal situations.


Petr Popov is a specialist in tax services, covering both advisory matters and litigation. In addition, he is one of the key experts at Pepeliaev Group dealing with legislative drafting and preparing documents for courts of the highest levels.
