Pepeliaev Group retains its prominent positions in Chambers Global 2022

Law firm Pepeliaev Group has retained its high positions in the Chambers Global independent international ratings.

Valentina Orlova, the Head of the Intellectual Property and Trademarks Practice, has confirmed her status as a market leader in Band 1 of the individual ratings in IP. The ranking states that Valentina Orlova has extensive experience across different areas in which intellectual rights are used, mostly focusing on non-contentious matters. She handles cases at Rospatent in connection with the registration of trademarks, patents and industrial designs, as well as claims for the enforcement of, or regarding the infringement of, intellectual rights. Clients appreciate her pragmatic approach, noting that “she is results-oriented and immediately understands business needs”.

Headed by Valentina Orlova, Pepeliaev Group's Intellectual Property and Trademarks Practice has also retained its position in Band 2 of Chambers Global.
