Pepeliaev Group strengthens its capabilities in the area of energy

Pepeliaev Group has strengthened its capabilities in work in the fuel and energy sector by welcoming Mikhail Tserkovnikov to our team as head of the energy group.

Mikhail specialises in a wide range of legal matters in the energy sector and in the law of obligations, specifically, in disputes arising out of sale and purchase (supply) agreements for resources supplied by the connected grid, the supply of services involving the transmission (transportation) of a resource, utility connection to the grid, and disputes over the ownership and registration of title to infrastructure facilities. 

He has been actively engaged in projects related to disputes over the ownership title to real estate, the entry into, performance and termination of various types of contracts for the compensation of damage and the return of unjust enrichment, as well as corporate-related disputes. Mikhail boasts extensive experience of working at the Russian Supreme Court, the Russian Supreme Commercial Court and within commercial organisations.
