Roman Bevzenko has become an arbitrator and member of the Presidium of the Arbitration Center at the Autonomous Non-profit Organisation “Institute of Modern Arbitration”

Roman Bevzenko, Partner and Head of the Special Projects Group at Pepeliaev Group LLC, has become arbitrator and member of the Presidium of the Arbitration Center, which officially started its work on 1 September. The Arbitration Center is a structural unit of the Autonomous Non-profit Organisation “Institute of Modern Arbitration”. 

The establishment of the Arbitration Centre means that a new independent and permanent arbitration body has been created which meets all the requirements of Federal Law No. 382-FZ “On arbitration (arbitral proceedings) in the Russian Federation” dated 29 December 2015. It will also rely on the practices of leading international arbitration institutions and keep up with the latest trends in alternative dispute resolution and mediation.
