2012 is a wonderful year for Pepeliaev Group and marks an important anniversary. We are proud of the fact that you, our clients and partners, have been with us throughout these years and that our relationship with many of you has turned from one that was just business into one based on trust and friendship.
Our most important resource and the assets in which we take most pride are our lawyers, who possess deep knowledge and vast experience, and our faithful clients. It is they who help us steadily to move forward, to make plans and to rise to prominence in the legal business.
Over the last ten years, Pepeliaev Group has grown eightfold and has become an undoubted leader on the legal market. This has happened because we hire the best specialists, with experience of working with the state, industry and academia: they are true professionals, who can solve any problem for clients. We are helped in demonstrating our considerable potential by the ever more complex tasks that our clients place before us, tasks that require innovative approaches and project teams whose expertise spans several of the firm’s practice areas.
We strive to meet the demands of the market to the maximum possible degree. Over the last ten years, the number of specialised industry groups within the firm has grown from two to fifteen. We continue to develop new practice areas and industry-based groups in different areas of business and sectors of the economy. We have plans to expand into the regions.
The task facing us is act in a way that makes clients feel our support –they sense that we offer a shoulder they can lean on. After all, the more points of support there are, the stronger business is, and the more assured we can feel as we move forward together!
