The Legal 500 recommends Pepeliaev Group

The Legal 500: Europe, Middle East & Africa 2012, an international legal directory, has recommended Pepeliaev Group as a legal adviser for companies doing business in Russia. The firm’s tax practice took top spot and the highest recommendation in the 2012 ratings of The Legal 500, while Pepeliaev Group specialists were highly recommended across practice areas such as: corporate, M&A, banking and finance, dispute resolution, labour and employment, and real estate.

The Legal 500 is an independent publication that issues recommendations based only on firms’ achievements, the comments of their peers and information regarding the matters they have successfully handled. In 2012, more than 250,000 internal advisers and lawyers throughout the world took part in the survey.

Also in 2012, The Legal 500 has, based on favourable reviews from clients, achievements and successful matters, commended a number of Pepeliaev Group’s heads of practice areas and groups: Sergey Pepeliaev, Managing Partner (tax practice); Andrey Pekhovsky, head of corporate practice, St Petersburg office; Yulia Litovtseva and Varvara Knutova, heads of dispute resolution and mediation; Julia Borozdna, head of labour and migration law; and Alexey Konevsky, head of real estate and construction.
